Groovy Times & Imagine More Cards Cartridge

My husband is not too fond of this card. I say well then we need to go to the scrapbook store to supplement my supplies since all of my items are sitting in storage waiting to be delivered.. He even said yes, lets go.. Ha! He is a CrAzY man, but I <3 him.

The image on the right is a cut from Groovy Times. Below are the images form the cartridge. I used the 2nd image from the left on the top row but only used the inside cut.

I really like this card, very simple! However I think I am changing the inside of the card.. I am not too happy with the rub ons, I will still use the metallic paper on the inside.

I thought this card was super cute and wanted to give it a whirl with my Imagine. I did change it up a bit and use a different background and no oval/circle. I made this for my DH as a late anniversary card as he was non to happy that I purchased a card for him. I know I have a crazy husband, but he is mine and I love him!

Gods Rays

Today was a nice day in Florida.. I dropped the kids off to school visited AC Moore spent more $ than I intended on doing..  Found a potential NEW Craft that could possible bring in $... Cleaned house, my DH treated me to coming home early today (yeah, a welcome surprise!).. I think I convinced DH to buy me a Workbox  to use for my crafting supplies until my scraproom is built, so another YEAH!

Picked the kids up from school and eventually we went out to eat dinner.

We went to Trent's Seafood Restaurant, so delicious! They have a platter for 2 that actually fed 2 adults and 2 teenagers, it had hushpuppies, calamari, oyster, stuffed crab, scallions, french fries, shrimp (all fried)..

When we returned home we found this adorable Dog, running around the street no collar no tags..(we live near a busy street), so we fed her and gave her water and she is chilling in the backyard. DH wants to bathe her tomorrow, I told him NO way are we keeping another animal. Hopefully the posters will help find the owner.
BLING who doesn't like LOVE Bling?
Well my iPhone 4 was looking a little dull, yes I did purchase a cover for her because I don't want her to be scratched as I am prone to dropping my phone for some reason. So my cover is all black and blah and boring. Today at AC Moore I picked up these 2 Bling items made by Queen & Co.
Here is how the cover of my phone now looks, I like it just a touch of personality!

Happy Bird-Day Bag

I thought I would get a little crafting in with my crazy schedule..

I have been feeling under the weather so I have been sleeping in and going to bed late.. ughh.. On a better note, we are hoping to move into our NEW house this week and that means I will have all of  my household belongings! Including my whole Scrap Cage of Crafting supplies! I wonder where it will all go while we are building my scrapping "cottage", my husband is thinking a 12x20 or something close to that. He keeps calling a Pool House, I keep telling him NOTHING pool related will be in there!

I have picked out the paint colors, some of the decor and we are talking about shelves and other storage. It will be insulated, have ac and when I get stuck on a project I can lounge in my pool to rejuvenate! I will be so excited when the project is finished, though I will hate having to relocate AGAIN all of my supplies at least I will have a permanent space that is all MINE away from the house but not too far!

on to the project I pulled out my Cricut Imagine and created this Bag from the Cricut Imagine Art Cartridge, Imagine More Cards

It will hold some candies or a gift card for the next birthday. Quick & easy 10 minute tops project!

Hello Thursday- NEW Cricut Cartridges

  New Cricut Cartridges being released!

honestly I have not purchased any of these patterned paper cartridges but I love these vintagey papers and this Cart is now on my Wish  List!

Another great set of printable papers, this one has several that I really like.. The butterflies, the Green paper but I'm not sure if I will be buying it as quickly as I will the Vintage.

This cartridge is sold EXCLUSIVELY through Creative Memories. I have to say when I first saw
this I was like another baby cart what is PC thinking?  This Cart has some great cuts that can be used creatively and not just for babies. I may need to find a CM rep.

Cricut Imagine Cut Only Issue

I am still having an issue with my Imagine but only while using the CUT only feature. Piper form Provo Craft has been in contact with me, however they still have not been able to trouble shoot the problem. it is a bit frustrating because currently this is the only machine I have. I shouldn't have to waste ink printing images I do not need.

I have already wasted 25 sheets of paper and who knows how much ink restoring, resetting, recalibrating the machine while hooking it up to the Gypsy. I will continue using the print and cut feature only and hopefully they either find a way to fix the machine or ask me to send it in and send me a new machine. (although I would much rather not have to wait for a NEW machine)

Come on PC, help me out, I just want to craft.. :D

Happy Valentines Day

We have been thinking about getting a dog since before we left Japan.. Who can resist adorable puppies? Well me of course.. That is until yesterday when we stopped with the kids to look at some puppies for sale.. He was so cute a white with black spots Jack Russell Terrier making him look like a cow. The woman had named him Moo. We sat there talking and petting the puppy and my kids are each taking turns nudging me begging me please to let them have a dog.. I will help you take care of him they each promise. Of course DH stands there silently letting me be the decision maker, because when he bought the girls Cats when we first arrived in Japan I was against having pets and he totally guilted me into saying yes. So this time the decision had to be all mine..

So.....

Happy Valentines from our Newest Addition to the Family!
Moose!

So DH did not like the name Moo, he said Moose and we liked it but later on the girls wanted to call him MoMo I think we are sticking with Moose. He had a bath, poor thing.. We <3 him, the cats not so much yet.. Ha Ha! Puppy Training in the near future at PetSmart!

Craftroom Decor

While in Louisiana after having a Shrimp PoBoy @ Georges we stopped in a little shop where I found these wonderful glass doorknobs.

When my Craftroom is being together again I plan on using these in it as drawer pulls or possibly 2 in each of the girls rooms attached to the wall as a coat hangar.
