9/14 - I attend my first WLS Support Group Meeting
9/14 - I enroll in the Ship Shape program for October
9/15- will be fasting for bloodwork on 9/16
9/27- Appointment for WorkBook/ Procedure Explanation/ Requirements Blood Test Results
10/3 First Ship Shape Class - of 8 Weeks
10/17 - Pre Op Appointment for Endo
10/31 - Call to Schedule Psych Eval
11/18- Wait for appointment time for endoscope
11/21- Endoscope procedure
12/12 Pap Smear
12/12 Psych Eval
12/12 Endoscopy Follow Up -- Had to take 2 weeks of Medication for positive H-Pylori Results
12/12 - Dr Flint went ahead and did my Pre Op appointment as well
1/12 - Pre Op Paperwork with General Surgery Floor
1/17 - Liquid Diet
1/25 - VSG Surgery -
Show time 0600, went into surgery 0800 came out of surgery 0900 in recovery room on ICU floor throughout the whole 2 day stay
