Little Prince Blog Hop

Hello friends and Happy Easter!!  I hope you’re enjoying a beautiful day with your family and friends!
This is the first year in a long time we will be celebrating with Family, it's nice NOT being stationed Over Seas.

The FABULOUS Jessica K. from Homespun Elegance has organized this FABULOUS Little Prince Blog Hop and I am honored to be participating in it.  The hop starts today @ www.homespunelegance.blogspot.com and ends on April 2nd.. Make sure you hop all 3 days and read the entry requirements at EACH Blog for the SUPER FABULOUS (I like the word FABULOUS) prizes that will be given away!!

So, without further ado … let’s get this party started!  Here’s my contribution to the Blog Hop I hope you enjoy the creations! …

I had this cute little fellow cut out since last year and decided today would be a good day to use him. He was already all stickled and distressed just waiting to be used.

All papers on this card are from DCWV All ABout Boys Stack
the Card base is 5x7 Kraft Cardstock by Canvas Corp
The Brad is from Teresa Collins Haunted Hallows Line
I cut the Blue polka dotted paper to 5x7 as well as the Plaid paper, I then distressed the edges using a Heidi Swapp Edge distressed. I folded the corner down and secured it with a brad. I cut the embossed orange stars paper from some left over paper into a triangle to fit.

The CUTE alien is on an action wobble..

This Cute little gift tag was made using a Manila Shipping Tag courtesy of Jessica K. (thank you)
I then used the stamp Let's lay by Unity Stamp Company.
I used the image with the different guns and randomly stamped it on the tag as well as the blue star paper that is also from the DCWV Stack All About Boys. I then used Turquoise and Green Tattered Angels Mist on the Tag. I stamped the cute alien on another manila tag gave him some green mist and cut him out and adhered him to the blue scallop that I cut with my Marvy Uchida punch. I also distressed all elements on this tag using TH Distress ink Crushed Olive. I then used my EK Success label punch and stamped the sentiment Let's Play then adhered it to the tag.

The Alien boy is also on an Action Wobble..

I created this FAB 8x10 Name & Initial print just to give a shout out to Jessicas' little man Mason who celebrated a birthday recently.. Love you MASON!! (Jessica let me know his room colors so I can create something that will match if you want it)

I have 2 FANTASTIC Stamp sets from Unity Stamp Company that I will be giving away..

I created some super fun simple projects for the Blog Hop today..

I used a Martha Stewart Butterfly punch on Kraft Cardstock and layered behind that some fabulous Paper from Making Memories then used my Faber Castell pen to do some faux stitching.

The 2 mini Canvas bags (3x5) were inked with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and

stamps from the Dollar section at Michaels Craft Store..

The second card uses left over supplies from the first card. The punched out butterflies, gems from Michaels, Ribbon is misc that I received in a trade.

Easter & Earrings

{sneak peek}

Good Morning Peacock Fans! Today is my day to share with you what lovelies I have created with
goodies from the Pinque Peacock Shop.

{click on all photos to view them larger}

I was able to work with these FABULOUS fabric 3/4" covered buttons and turn them into a
sweet pair of earrings. I really love how these turned out!

My last project to share with you is a Table Decoration I created with some Printable Easter Subway Art that I downloaded from My Paper Lily (thank you)
I have had this green frame still in it's packaging for almost a year! (GASP!!)
When I saw this flower and thought about my project I knew I wanted to create something Easter themed... Now since my children are Teenagers we don't really go all out into decorating and what not, but I thought it would be fun this year to do things a little differently.

Thanks for stopping by Pinque Peacock today, you can find more projects by me at Paper Crafter Anonymous...

Crafty, Crafty Day

Good Afternoon Bloggers or Evening depending on your opinion of time..

So today I have a Crafty Crafty post to share with you that I put together. Though it doesn't have anything to do with paper. As you can see from my sneak above.

These rings were created with ring bases by Plaid
The Faux Diamond is Blingage from Teresa Collins line
The Green Gemstone ring is from Plaid also

As most of you know and if you don't know my husband is in the Navy 21 years, and re-enlists
on April 1st.. Which is why I have an affinity to anchors.

I made the Dia De Los Muertas Jewelry for my Nieces
a pendant and a ring.

I really love the simple shabby/chic look of the pendant with the single flower in it.
One of my favorite pieces I think I will keep for myself.
The purple ring my youngest daughter liked the flower and so I added it to the filigree ring.

Unity FWF

You know what that MEANS? It's FRIENDS WITH FLAIR Friday over at the Unity Stamp Co. Blog

I created this FAB Gift Bag Using Unity Stamp Co. KOM 3/12 From Head to Soul
Tuxedo Black Ink
The Beaded Bracelet is Courtesy of Jessica Shelton Buffa over at the Pinque Peacock

Check out the Pinque Peacock Blog Hop Hopping this weekend!

This was as super quick and easy project to put together, NO sewing required.
I did use a hot glue gun (and obviously I am not proficient in Hot Glue Gun usage as I burnt myself several times and had hot glue sticking to my nails) to glue the crinkle ribbon to the bag.
