Random acts of kindness is when in the entire craziness of your day you take the time to think of someone else, someone other than yourself. We are raising the 'me' generation and what a great way to teach them to be the 'give' generation other than show it by actions. 

Starting June 1st, 2011, we will be helping you to 'give'. This will be your RAK - random act of kindness cupcakes event. 
One of the reasons I started baking cupcakes was because I loved seeing people's reaction when they received the unexpected dessert. It made my day...wait, it still does.

Creative Team Call

Hello Readers and those who have stumbled across my Blog accidentally.. I welcome you!
 I LOVE ippity and am fortunate to be one of the few Unity Endorsed ippity Chicks.. What this means is that you can purchase ippity stamps through me as ippity stamps are ONLY sold through Unity Endorsed Chicks like ME! I have a blog that is  dedicated to my ippity/unity stamps, I Heart {ippity}.

To help support and grow my ippity Creativity and to showcase ippity stamps, I am putting together a Creative Team. I will send you a stamp set and in exchange for that set you will follow the requirements listed below of posting at least one project a week utilizing ippity stamps only with a link back to my blog. 

I want to spread the love of ippity stamps and am looking for 3 dedicated people to help me do that.


 Creative Team Call..
  A Creative Team is a group of stampers who are willing to post their artwork using ippity stamps on their blogs once a week, which we will showcase here as well!!  I will periodically send you FREE stamps and other goodies as my thank you for all your hard work at sharing ippity stamps!!  You will also have a special Creative Team logo to put on your blog... 

What I am looking for (This is commitment will run Mid-June through December):

*Someone who has a blog and is willing to upload their own artwork 3-4 times in a month using only ippity stamps on that project (you can use ANY OTHER PRODUCTS you like--papers, embellishments, die cuts, etc...only requirement is that the stamps you use are only ippity stamps for that project).
*Sometimes I will have specific requirements for the project, such as during a new release or contest, but most of the time you can create whatever you like (cards, home decor, scrapbook pages, etc) as long as the inspired stamped image is prominent in the project.
*Someone who would like to have FREE ippity stamps sent to you periodically.
*I would love to give some new designers their first chance at being on a design team, too, so no experience is required.


HOW DO I  BECOME A PART OF THE CREATIVE TEAM?
*  Email me with the following information BY noon (Eastern Time) FRIDAY, JUNE 10, 2011!!
*Name, Blog Address & 2 Examples of your artwork utilizing stamps ippity/unity if you have them but not necessary
*Let me know what you like to design most (cards, scrapbook pages, etc)

Wow visting Nati's Blog today, she always leaves such sweet comments for me. I came across this post of hers regarding this Pay it Forward. I decided to hope on board and be a part of it as well.
Pay It Forward" is the idea of blessing someone with a random act of kindness without expecting anything in return. It’s passing on a kindness, hoping that your recipients will do the same, and forming a never-ending chain of goodwill. But it isn’t only kindness, it is also a means to connect and share instead of just keeping it to ourselves. Also, who doesn't like happy snail mail?

Ella May has ARRIVED!

Today my niece Miste has given birth to my Great Niece Ella..

I am so happy that she has FINALLY given birth, the poor thing had been in Labor since Thursday pretty frequent contractions.. Only Dialted to 1cm on Friday.. Saturday she was in extreme pain and still had not progressed in dilation. Sunday they took their final trip to the Hospital where she FINALLY gave birth to the beautiful Ella May.
