My oldest DD went to Homecoming last night with her best fried N. They looked super cute together!!

On to Crafty things!

After seeing the Smash books and the catchy video that has me so hooked!! I FINALLY gave in and purchased a SMASH book and some wonderful little SMASH items from my Mom as she is a Memory Works Consultant. I am trying to help her build up her business..

Anyways, since I am not much of a scrapbooker this seemed the perfect alternative! Needless to say I love it!

Happy Friday everyone, are you glad the week is over? I know I am, thank goodness I do NOT have to work today.. I was looking forward to a day of rest but instead I am getting ready for a Halloween Party at our house.

What a Scale Victory this week!!

Well according to the scale I am weighed on at my Nutrition class I am down 10lbs from the first class Oct 3rd.
My home scale weighs me differently it says albs down, but I wasn't at the higher weight on my home scale that the nutrition class scale put me at..

So I am going with I am down 6lbs!! So excited about that. I am sure if I get moving and exercise more than the 3 days a week I walk about 1-2 hours at work recovering the store that it would be a larger number.

I am just happy to see results, cutting out the majority of soda in my life, eating smaller portions most days (some are worse than others) and eating healthier altogether most days, again some days are better than others. That I am finally losing weight!! Excited Excited, doesn't begin to describe it.

3 Holidays I am worried about, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.. I just have to tell myself keep it in moderation ..
