I haven't been tracking like I should, nor have I been taking my vitamins.. Today is a new day and I will help set myself up for success by getting all of my lovely ducks in a row to welcome the thinner me home..
I rarely have pain now which means I can now incorporate exercise into my life.. Hello Wii Fit, how I have missed you!
I tracked my meals from yesterday, I am consuming to much sodium I believe.. No one has given me a guideline on that. I guess I should go back through my Nutrition class and check it.. It just means I need to read labels better and make healthier choices.. :D
I am happy to see that even though I am not incorporating Protein drinks into my diet and they suggest 60-70grams of protein a day that with my food intake yesterday I fit within those parameters for protein, that is a big bonus for me as I have not found a SINGLE protein drink I can tolerate yet.. it is getting pricey too all these drinks piling up that I can not consume.. blah
I am under the 200lb mark! But if I don't get my butt in gear I can see myself sliding back over.. Time to get off of the computer and go do a little bit of step aerobics on the wii.. Have a FABULOUS Sunday everyone!
