I can tell you this:

I will be using this background stamp from the

Bloom & Simplify 

IPK-166

stamp set over and over and over...I love it!

Not only do I love what the sentiment states, but I love the font and that it can be used in 

so many ways...I think I'll try it on my next collage art piece!

TIP: As this is something that I've been challenged with lately, I thought I'd share this

tid-bit, just in case you have been challenged too :)

To create the cool splatter effects, be sure to water down your acrylic paint just

a bit before flecking onto your desired project.  I use an old scruffy toothbrush, but I've 

also seen stiff paint brushes and pipettes used.  I would also suggest that you practice 

before with the splattering before adding it to your page...just to make sure the consistency isn't too thin.
