Bad couple of Weeks

I keep falling more and more behind on my keeping track of foods and such.. However I have not had any gains, which is good.. But with my work schedule, my husbands inability to do anything but sit in front of the boob tube playing his game or watching tv, out house is a disaster.. Before my late shift the other day I cleaned the house was much as possible and made dinner before I left.. Today is my day off and I had so many things to do today and my house is still a wreck.. it is a NEVER ending struggle and today I am just fed up with it! DH comes home and sits and plays his new game... His clothes are still waiting to be folded and put away.. I will NOT do it.. He needs to understand he needs to help also..

I am just in a ranting mood... so I am leaving this post as is. Hopefully tomorrow I will be better

Bottle of Water

Pop Tart
1.5 oz of grilled chicken
2 pieces of raw brownie bite dough

1/2 bottle of Slim Fast Shake

8 oz of Water
jalapeƱo string cheese
