What to do

Well I have made it to my 4th Ship Shape class and I have a request for a Psych Eval with my Medical provider, it will take 10-14 days for approval. I am waiting for 11/17 to call for the approval code and schedule my required appointment.


Nov. 18 I am suppose to be called with a time for my endo procedure.
My Endo procedure is suppose to be on 11/21 I have already requested the day off from work.


While I have cut back on soda, smaller meal portions I am trying to also choose healthier foods and live a life similar to post op. (which I have come to believe to be a fail situation since my stomach is of normal size)


Keeping a food journal is becoming increasingly difficult with my work schedule, that is just an excuse I am being lazy about it. Does it mean I am any less committed? No! It just means I need to pull out a pen and paper every time I eat.


Today:
2 fun size bags peanut m&m's
fun size Kit hat
Kielbasa sausage 4oz
Wild Grain Rice 1/4 cup
Grilled Zucchini 1/3 cup
Turkey, tomato, lettuce sandwich on 100cal round wheat bread
Slim fast shake
halloween candy 1 oz (candy corn)


11/1
6oz Hot Wings 2oz Ranch Dressing
1/2 bottle of Slim Fast
Hamburger
32 oz Coke


Thai Basil Chicken

The Scale for my weigh in was still at a loss of albs with 0 gain...so win win...

I feel like I should be doing more, that I should somehow be preparing myself, house, family for my journey. Do I buy RTD protein and mixes and start taking them and if so does this take the place of a meal? 
I ordered the sample pack from Bariatric eating and I am not understanding what everything is in the sample packs.
What is IsoPure?

So I am at a loss I am doing what I know I need to do, exercise, control my eating habits, doctors appointments etc everything I know that I have to do to meet the surgical requirements.

I have read the book my Susan Maria Before & After and I enjoyed reading about her journey and all of the delicious recipes as well as her own struggles,advice etc.
I do not think I am a food addict, I am not in the mourning food stage, I do not think I will never be able to eat this again or that or that I should take two trips to the salad/dessert bar etc just because it feels like my last meal. I will still be eating and I will be enjoying my food more than I am now.
I am thinking of all of the health benefits as well as my self image/body image self esteem benefits to come with the weight loss, I guess my issue is working on myself.
