Smile With Your Heart

Hi there! Ashley here from Made Especially For You. Today I've made another card to share with you using the wonderfully versatile 'Fall For You' {ippity} stamp set.

The papers used to make this card are from the DCWV All Dress Up mat stack - one of my favorites. The base of the card is cream colored card stock from Recollections. I stamped the {ippity} stamp on the cream cardstock and then adhered it to a patterned piece of paper from the DCWV stack, and then applied it to the card. Both the edges of the sentiment and the background paper behind it are inked with Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Black Soot. The transparent ribbon is from my stash.

Thanks so much for viewing!
Ashley

My Return!

Woo Hoo! I had a FABULOUS vacation aboard the Carnival Fascination which took me into the FABULOUS Bahamas, Freeport & Nassau.. So thankful my DH let me go and spend time with a friend and was our chauffeur to and from the port so we could get to and from the Ship..

I had a FABULOUS time.. Was only disappointed with my meal once on the ship.. If I had an urge to eat late at night there was Pizza, Hamburger, fries and Salad that I could eat.
I walked off the Ship 3 lbs lighter because of ALL of the walking I did as well as working out.. However I also walked off the ship sick and spent almost 2 weeks recovering and being LAZY!!

This week I started walking again, so excited to finally have the energy to have loss the nagging cough and to put my butt back on track..

Today I have decided to take it Back to Basics once again.. I will accomplish this!! I will NOT eat chocolate or coffee for the remainder of this week.. I will try and kick my chocolate candy bar habit!
Coffee I will give up to have maybe only 3 times a week! It's the best I can do!

Liquids today.. I have protein shakes to try out..
Then for Soft Protein I have Tilapia, Tuna, Shredded Chicken

My goal is only 27lbs away! My 3 wishes for once I reach Goal are
My Trip to Ireland
Putting my Wedding Dress on and Renewing our Vows
New Tattoo

Looks more like my wish 2 and 3 will come true before wish #1 but that's ok, I WILL get to Ireland within the next 5 years...

What are your goals this week? Don't be afraid of set backs or cheat days just pick yourself up and start again, starting over isn't always a bad thing sometimes it is just what you need to get it DONE!

  • Measures your food right on the plate
  • Fits most dinner plates
  • Cavities are labeled vegetable or fruit, starch and protein
  • Each cavity is one cup at the top with one -half cup line inside
  • Protein portion is equal to the size of the deck of cards

Very interesting, might be worth a look into buying for those that need more than to visualize their plate correctly portioned.

Wednesday Wowzer for AMY

Today it's all about Amy.
We here at I Heart {ippity} are not just team mates but buddies.
We have a forum where we chat and check in with each other, lift each other up when needed, etc.
Well I felt a need to dedicate today's post to Amy.
Now that might sound silly, right?  I mean you could say, you guys just are on a team, you've never met!!
Well there you'd be wrong!!
Here we are
I got to meet Amy earlier this year!
I just felt like I lived closer to her, she'd be someone I'd hang out with all the time!  She is such a doll!
(Left is me, right is Amy)

Here is a cute thought I came across to go with this post.

What better kind of helmet, than a CROWN?

I vote AMY, QUEEN FOR A DAY!

I am using the {ippity} set called Dream a little Dream.

What do you think?  Perfect to cheer someone up?  Right?

Now I'll have to figure how to whisk her off to this Spa in Tuscany and I will have truly made her Queen for the Day!

I hope you have enjoyed my little Amy tribute and Wednesday Wowzer!
This has been Jeannie from The Polka Cabana posting for I Heart {ippity}, have a great day!

Halloween Milk Carton featuring The Cutting Cafe

Good Morning Bloggers! What a FABULOUS Wednesday!
After this post I am heading out to get Coffee and then go for a walk, and come home to chores and crafts how about you what are you doing today?

I just had to create another Halloween themed project with the FABULOUS Milk Carton
cutting file from Regina at The Cutting Cafe! Let me just say that the Silhouette Cameo cut this pattern on DCWV Ghost & Goblins Stack like it was butter! FABULOUS!!

I filled the Milk Carton with about 7 Tootsie Roll pops, I didn't want to push the limits.
I added some acetate from left over packaging to go behind the spider and tied a ribbon on it!
SUPER Simple project today!

Thank you to Regina at The Cutting Cafe for her FABULOUS creations and wonderful prices!

You can check out The Cutting Cafe

Blog - Check out all of the FABULOUS Files
Facebook -- Tell them AHA sent you over!

You can find this file at The Cutting Cafe HERE

Halloween- Fall Milk Carton
This set of HALLOWEEN - FALL MILK CARTON templates - cutting files are approx. 6 inches tall (not folded) and approx. 5.5 inches when folded...The file comes with 8 different window cutouts
This file comes in the following formats: WPC, PDF AND SVG

Orchid, Mint, Granite

AHA Color Challenge you still have 15 hours to get in on the Challenge as of 830am EST
to win the FABULOUS prize being offered up by Kite Tails Designs
Blue Sky Day Collection - How FABULOUS of a prize is this?

Supplies: Paper, Starbucks Coffee Sleeve, Flowers, Ribbon, Adhesive
Paper Punch, Distress Ink

This is my take on the Color Challenge, a Starbucks Gift Card Holder
My daughter loves Starbucks, as do I but I purchased a Gift Card for her
so she can have coffee anytime she wants before or after school until her card runs out.
Of course I had to dress it up a bit for her! LOL

Most Wonderful TIme Goodie Bag

Good Morning Bloggers! Today is FABULOUS Feature over at the {ippity} Blog
What is FABULOUS Feature, every week we FEATURE an {ippity} Stamp set and the {ippity} Chicks create with that stamp set.

This weeks Feature is the {ippity} Itty Bitty Set Halloween Greetings

The first thing I created is a Goodie Bag filled with Tootsie Pops..
This is a SUPER Simple project!
5x7 Kraft Bag
Washi Tape
Unity Stamp Co. French Lilac ink
Halloween Greetings Stamp Set
This is a super quick and cute project you can create for those Halloween Parties and you can even get your kids involved. They can stamp or layer the tape, this way they know they have had a hand in those FABULOUS treats their friends will be receiving.

I also used the Sentiment from the {ippity} itty bitty Most Wonderful Time
