Hi there! Ashley here from Made Especially For You. Today I've made another card to share with you using the wonderfully versatile 'Fall For You' {ippity} stamp set.
The papers used to make this card are from the DCWV All Dress Up mat stack - one of my favorites. The base of the card is cream colored card stock from Recollections. I stamped the {ippity} stamp on the cream cardstock and then adhered it to a patterned piece of paper from the DCWV stack, and then applied it to the card. Both the edges of the sentiment and the background paper behind it are inked with Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Black Soot. The transparent ribbon is from my stash.

What a really nice card. Love the pattern of the paper and the sentiment. People can always tell when a smile is forced It so much reminds me of when my grandson was just 2-3 months old. He would respond to my natural smile with a huge smile. But when I was really tired and had to kind of force a smile, he would just stare at me (I babysat him 11 hours 5 days a week at the time so was tired a lot)
ReplyDeleteI love this set too. It is nice to see one that you can stamp the bird on the "outside" of the cage. I always feel bad for birds who spend their lives in a cage.
