Today is a day I really should have just stayed in bed!
I thought it was Tuesday, and it hit me at some point that it was Wednesday and then I remembered I am the WOWZER girl, and I have NOTHING to show for it. I dropped the kiddos off to school and had every intention to come home and make a QUICK, CLEAN and SIMPLE card and load it up real quick on the blog. Well that is not so easy for me to do...I get sidetracked as I go!
First, I knew I wanted to use my own nails as my inspiration. OK, that might be kind of VAIN but so what! If you knew me, it is rare that I have a vain moment, allow me this one, OK??
To add to my own vain moment, well yes those are my nails...and I made my little design up all on my own...Yep I know...Nails = Just like crafting! Easy Peasy!!
Here is my card based on my nails! I am using the fabulous set called, FABULOUS GIRL.
What a fitting title! Since I'm feeling rather fabulous about the way this card turned out!
All except for my intention of it being clean and simple.
Plus, I will not go into the gory details of glue malfunctions, sticky tape stubborn backing, hot glue annoying web like strings, craft room mess that allows me to find nothing when I need it....
Nope we won't talk about any of that at all.
I love working with tiny things like putting a tiny skirt in the stamped dress...
...adding the ruffles to the phrase...
...it's the little things that make a card unique and a work of art!
