My Return!

Woo Hoo! I had a FABULOUS vacation aboard the Carnival Fascination which took me into the FABULOUS Bahamas, Freeport & Nassau.. So thankful my DH let me go and spend time with a friend and was our chauffeur to and from the port so we could get to and from the Ship..

I had a FABULOUS time.. Was only disappointed with my meal once on the ship.. If I had an urge to eat late at night there was Pizza, Hamburger, fries and Salad that I could eat.
I walked off the Ship 3 lbs lighter because of ALL of the walking I did as well as working out.. However I also walked off the ship sick and spent almost 2 weeks recovering and being LAZY!!

This week I started walking again, so excited to finally have the energy to have loss the nagging cough and to put my butt back on track..

Today I have decided to take it Back to Basics once again.. I will accomplish this!! I will NOT eat chocolate or coffee for the remainder of this week.. I will try and kick my chocolate candy bar habit!
Coffee I will give up to have maybe only 3 times a week! It's the best I can do!

Liquids today.. I have protein shakes to try out..
Then for Soft Protein I have Tilapia, Tuna, Shredded Chicken

My goal is only 27lbs away! My 3 wishes for once I reach Goal are
My Trip to Ireland
Putting my Wedding Dress on and Renewing our Vows
New Tattoo

Looks more like my wish 2 and 3 will come true before wish #1 but that's ok, I WILL get to Ireland within the next 5 years...

What are your goals this week? Don't be afraid of set backs or cheat days just pick yourself up and start again, starting over isn't always a bad thing sometimes it is just what you need to get it DONE!

  • Measures your food right on the plate
  • Fits most dinner plates
  • Cavities are labeled vegetable or fruit, starch and protein
  • Each cavity is one cup at the top with one -half cup line inside
  • Protein portion is equal to the size of the deck of cards

Very interesting, might be worth a look into buying for those that need more than to visualize their plate correctly portioned.
