Dinner

Last night I Baked Tilapia and it was so delicious

Marinade:
1/4 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tbs Sesame Oil
1 ts fresh chopped Ginger
1 clove garlic chopped
2 slices of lemon
1/4 cup red onion

throw it all in a ziploc bag with the Tilapia fillets (I cooked 3) and let marinate
(mine marinated for about 3 hours)

Follow instructions for cooking Fish

This came out flaky and so DELICIOUS.... I pulled the fish out of the zip lot bag and placed on a foil lined pan and baked it.. The remainder of the marinade I threw away

I also cut up some fresh veggies and sautéed them (zucchini, squash, egg plant and left over steamed broccoli..)

I ate 1/2 of a fillet and about 1/3cup of the veggie sauté

For lunch I ate the other 1/2 of the fish fillet and more veggies and even reheated it was sooo good!! I call it Asian Tilapia in myfitnesspal Food Journal
