Eating Better

Ok, so as often as I can I purchase low fat/ fat free items low sugar/no sugar items..i try to keep bad foods out of my house.. The past 2 days though have included an impromptu trip to the Beach where I did have chips, ate a kids meal from McDonalds and promptly expelled the food and had a sip of a soda.. Yesterday was a Pool party for my daughter where I again had chips..Why?

I have FINALLY figured out if I do not plan and pre pack or pre cook or pre anything my food for the day then I tend to go off the hook and eat things I KNOW I shouldn't be eating just because they are here in the house.Though I avoid the no no aisles when I am shopping my kids go with their Dad who does some light shopping during the week sometimes and this is where the no no foods come in ..SMH

I am at a STALL..I fluctuate between .6lbs every day losing it and gaining it..

So how am I going to get out of this stall? How am I going to encourage my body to lose more weight with my impending trip to Jamaica on my mind?



Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred, that is how. I have hear nothing but positive reviews on this video workout from several sites as well as blogs and WLS'ers...  So I may not have been able to get in on the green drink movement, I am getting in on the Jillian Michaels shred.. I am going to be moving and sore I know it, but I want at least 20 lbs gone by May! Her DVD says 20#'s in 30 days, we will see what happens.

Meal Plan Today:

Breakfast: EggScramble with Sausage & veggies
Lunch: Romaine Lettuce/Spinach tomotoes cucumber&chicken salad light dressing
Dinner: Tilapia (unsure how I will cook it yet) steamed broccoli

Water: 8 cups please
Vitamins: yes please
