Today I have decided to go back to Basics and do the 5 day pouch test..
Although a little cheating has ensued (can you blame a girl) LOL ..
I made mashed potatoes for the family for dinner and had 1/2 a tbs (shame on me, right)?
Let's see if I can make it through the remainder of this day without eating even though I have put together a SCRUMPTIOUS dinner for the fan.. I will drink my protein shake and LIKE IT!!
Then I will continue to drink liquids and I will probably have a cup of chicken broth..
Tomorrow is a new day..
I am trying to gauge my pouch and get back into the know when you are full stage.
Hopefully this will help jump start some weight loss as I have been in a stall since I went to Kansas, and had a HORRIBLE time there..
So I am still sitting at 165 but I need to drop that EXTRA 30lbs my goal weight is 135
SUPER HOT OUTDOOR Kansas Wedding LIKE 108!!
As you can see in the body photos I could definitely USE to lose the 30lbs PLUS I need to tone it all up.. Get it tight get it right!! LOL
