I am a bit CRAZY!! I started my liquid diet 3 days early and it is killing me.. I started it early because a week to me is 7 days but my WLS Coordinator said I could start it on 1/21 that is only 4 days before surgery.. I am so so tempted to eat something normal today and then go back to the liquid diet tomorrow, my OFFICIAL start day.
So I weighed myself today and I am down to 211 lbs that is another 8lbs lost. was it the liquid diet that tipped the scales? probably, I am SUPER EXCITED about it.. However my surgery date is the 25th and I am HUNGRY!! Yes seriously really and truly hungry!
I can't wait for the 25th to get here and for me to be permanently sitting on the losers bench..
