Shellye here with a sweet little card that's perfect for any best friend.
I've used the Giggles X 3 IPK-160 stamp set and patterned papers and pennant stickers
from Lily Bee Designs.
I first stamped the sentiment onto the cardstock. Following the natural curve of the sentiment, I added the cute little pennant stickers underneath. A zig-zag stitch with my sewing machine added some dimension. I wanted to create a "pole" for the banners, so I wound baker's twine vertically and tied into a small bow. The pretty posey is from Petaloo. Of course, I love adding sweet pearls whenever I get a chance :)
This card was super quick and super easy...enjoy!
